Do you want to make a positive difference in the life of a child? If you are over 21 and have room in your heart and home or know someone who does? Then please, consider joining or spreading the word about our informational meetings to learn how to become a certified foster, adoptive or respite parent. We have significant need for homes for children of all ages and sibling groups. Our meetings are held every third Tuesday of the month at the Human Services Building, 320 W. Martin Luther King Jr./State Street in Ithaca. If you are unable to attend and/or desire more information, please call 274-5266, so we can arrange a more convenient time for you to meet with our Home Finder.

This restorative class welcomes students who feel like they need to connect with their bodies and souls and relax into their natural glow. The class will be bringing together gentle healing poses and stretching with the experience of listening to and participating in live music by candlelight. This will vary to include singing and chanting accompanied by acoustic instruments. Rest with us as we embrace the melodies inside your heart, bodies, and minds.
