Songfarmers of Metamora welcomes all to a slow, inclusive acoustic jam at the Metamora Grist Mill from 1 to 4 PM on the first Sunday of the month from April through September. In case of inclement weather the event takes place at the MPA Opry barn at 19189 Pennington Rd, just down the street west from the Grist Mill. |

When constructing a canal boat, builders didn’t need to worry about sails or engines. They just needed to build a boat that floats. Use your science, technology, engineering and mathematics (or STEM) skills to design and create an origami boat that will float – and hold as much cargo as possible. Ages: 6-10 Price: $5 in advance, included with site admission |

Tinsmiths and coppersmiths from all over the United States converge on metamora for a conference, including classes, workshops, demonstration, to sales, and socializing. Free and open to the public. Many Smiths will have their works on display. Conference will be held at Gateway Park Depot. June 23 and 24. |

Eddie Heinzelman,Stones of Clayborn, Linus Tate, Michael T and Friends, Steve and Becca....... five live bands on four stages! Food will be sold on the premises. No alcohol sold on the premises, but outdoor coolers welcome! $10 cover charge gets you into all four stages. Wristbands sold at the gate. |
