Radiance Meditation at The Yoga Farm Saturday Jan 27 8 am - 8:45 am The Yoga Farm 404 Conlon Rd, Lansing, NY 14882, USAAt Yoga Farm, we teach meditation for householders—people who live in the world, who have relatioships, jobs, families, houses, and to-do lists. In this weekly session, we work with a new Sutra from the book 'The Radiance Sutras' by Lorin Roche. Each Sutra is a beautiful exploration of one of the 'gateways' to meditation. From 8-8:15am we read, discuss and explore a Sutra, then we enjoy silent meditation together until about 8:45. This offering is FREE to the Public.
