In this weekly session, we work with a new Sutra from the book 'The Radiance Sutras' by Lorin Roche. Each Sutra is a beautiful exploration of one of the 'gateways' to meditation.

From 8-8:15am we read, discuss and explore a Sutra, then we enjoy silent meditation  together until about 8:45.
