Cady Darago is a Founder and Managing member of ESQuisite marketing, a marketing agency providing a full range of services to law firms and individual lawyers. Prior to launching ESQuisite marketing in April 2019, Cady was the Marketing Manager of a mid-sized regional law firm, where she climbed the ranks of the department for close to a decade.
Prior to working in legal marketing, she worked in law firms as a legal assistant, paralegal, and in the accounting department.
Cady was named to the Lehigh Valley Business 2020 Forty Under 40. She is a head coach for Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley and serves on the Development Committee for Third Street Alliance for Women & Children in Easton, PA. Cady received her B.S. from Kean University.
Edward C. Miller has spent his entire career creating effective and profitable marketing and business development strategies at large and small law firms, for practice areas and industry groups, and individual attorneys.
Prior to launching ESQuisite Marketing, Miller was the Chief Marketing Officer of Norris McLaughlin, a mid-sized law firm with offices in Bridgewater, NJ, New York, NY, and Allentown, PA for nearly 20 years. Before that, Ed was the Practice Development Coordinator at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti in Morristown, NJ.
Ed was named to The Legal Intelligencer’s 2019 list of Pennsylvania Trailblazers. He serves on the Advisory Board of Second Harvest Food Bank of Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania. He previously served as Co-Chair of the Meritas North American Marketing Group.
Ed earned his B.S. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
