Our Quilt-As-You-Go Series has become a favorite at AQR.  This method of quilting is quick, efficient, and best of all, your project is quilted after it is pieced.  No additional work is needed, just the binding.  Consider joining us, this method of piecing just might become your favorite too. 

In April, we play with prairie points made from a charm pack to create this dimensional topper that measures 21 ½ inches square. 

All of these classes are stand alone so previous class experience is not required.

1 charm pack (or 32 5inch squares)

1/2 yard for Background Fabric

1/4 yard of Binding

2/3 yard for backing

2/3 yard of of Batting w basting spray OR Fusible Fleece

Quilt Pattern (available in our store)

freezer paper

Pressing sheet

Basting Tool - such as Spray adhesive

Walking Foot for your Machine

Sharp Scissors

Iron (we have many in our classroom but it is convenient for this project to use our personal pressing stations at your work space)

Machine, needles, thread and other basic sewing supplies
