Puglia is a unique area sandwiched between the Adriatic and the Ionian in the heel of Italy containing with two UNECSO World Heritage towns (and many other historic and unusual places: cathedrals, sassi (cave houses), trulli (stone houses with conical roofs) castles, medieval walled towns, white cities gleaming in the sunshine, ancient olive groves and dramatic coastlines.

We decided it was time to have a CLOG cycling trip to Puglia.
