Cancel subscription and refund please
I joined a while back and paid for premium services on May 31, however I have been unable to use this service quite the way that I need it used.

I am not sure what the refund policy is, but I would greatly appreciate any money that can be refunded to me, so that I can use it towards the appropriate program that is needed.

Normally, we can only refund a subscription within 60 days. But in your case, we'll make an exception wink
