Renewal Can someone please let me know the procedure for renewing our membership? Ours will soon be out of date and we want to continue. Thanks |

Re: Renewal If you signed up through paypal, your subscription will be renewed automatically. Re: Renewal I don't believe we signed up via Paypal....but we did use our credit card. Please advise soon as to what I need to do to make certain we have no lapses in our calendar...the staff at our school love this program. Thanks, Jan |

Re: Renewal Click on the small "more information" link in the Premium Services box on the left-hand side when you're signed in. Re: Renewal I discovered this weekend that there were two charges to my bank account via paypal.....I contacted them and said that localendar.com charged me twice and that there were two subscriptions. They have contacted your people and I am waiting for my account to be credited with $29.95. Please advise as to when that will occur. Thank you. |
