uptime/availability issues
This morning we had an outage caused by a hardware issue in our main datacenter.

We are back up and running, but we have some further emergency maintenance work that needs to be scheduled. I will post more information here as I have it.

In the meantime, I also want to reassure our members that we have a full recovery environment and redundant backups should it become necessary to switch over to alternate hardware.
