I dont think we need cobranding or discussion groups, but we do not want ads. If I get the lowest price premium service (9.95) and then later decide to get one with discussion group, can I upgrade later and the original price be applied to a higher service?

If you upgrade within 60 days, then we can cancel & refund your existing subscription (and you can move to a different plan). After 60 days, we are not able to refund subscriptions via PayPal. We can still extend the duration of your new subscription by some pro-rated period.
