Can someone please let me know the procedure for renewing our membership? Ours will soon be out of date and we want to continue.

Thanks smile

If you signed up through paypal, your subscription will be renewed automatically. Please let us know if this does not occur after the expiration date on the left menu (underneath all the buttons) as sometimes there are connectivity issues.

Marc,

We signed up using my credit card and would prefer to renew this way as well.

Can you please tell me what procedure to use for this?

Thanks for your speedy reply, Jan

If you signed up w/ your Credit Card through paypal, then renewal should be automagic, and you don't need to do anything.

I don't believe we signed up via Paypal....but we did use our credit card. Please advise soon as to what I need to do to make certain we have no lapses in our calendar...the staff at our school love this program.

Thanks, Jan

Click on the small "more information" link in the Premium Services box on the left-hand side when you're signed in.

Your subscription was set to expire 2/26, but I just extended it a month so that you don't have to rush.

Hi Marc,

I went to the "more information" and went through the process via Paypal and ordered a subscription...can you please check to make certain that our account -- 'washington21' was renewed and that we were not issued another account.

Thanks, Jan

I discovered this weekend that there were two charges to my bank account via paypal.....I contacted them and said that localendar.com charged me twice and that there were two subscriptions. They have contacted your people and I am waiting
for my account to be credited with $29.95.

Please advise as to when that will occur.

Thank you.
