We have been using localendar for many years, but in the last few months reminders have not been getting sent on a recurring event. It is important that club members get this reminder. Appreciate the help.

Can you please provide an example event (date+title) for which a reminder was set but you did not receive an email?

is this still the address reminders come from? remind_agent@localendar.com

This is the address the list allows, so if it's changed, that could be the issue. If not, then there is an issue on your end. Please assist, thanks.

For some reason (and we are checking into this) a number of members do not have their country set correctly. It was obvious to me when I checked your calendar to add an event and saw the drop-down for your timezones was empty. Without an event timezone, localendar did not know when to send a reminder.

We've corrected this issue for all presently affected users. It does not seem to occur for new users, but we will keep alert.

Well, that sounds good, except our event this Sat reminder didn't happen, and I made a test event for today that also didn't happen. Is there something else that needs to be done?

I added a test event to your calendar with a reminder, and I received it correctly.
Can you also try the same? Something 15 minutes in advance should be fine.

Also make sure emails from remind_agent@localendar.com are not going to your spam folder.

We will continue testing on our side.

OK, this time the test event did send a reminder. But we have an event tomorrow that should have sent a reminder yesterday and did not. Will i have to recreate all my events?
