I received an email where your company received $9.95 from my paypal account. I called paypal and they cancelled the payment. She told me to call you and request a refund to paypal. she gave me a phone number that I could not call from my home phone. I don't know why. Anyway I went to the website and followed the instructions and posting this here. Thank you for the calendar, we used it last year but have decided not to continue using it.

I could not find a record of that transaction id with Paypal. The last transaction I see for this account was S-38769215TW831635X, dated March 7, 2015 which is very far out of the range which Paypal allows us to offer as a refund.

sorry that is what the email said. and this account lmvfm46815 is where your calendar was. the money was taken from my paypal account mh1726@live.com and I don't have an account on here for a calendar.

all I know is I am out the $9.95 and have since removed my bank information from paypal because I have another account that used to use your calendar which I have taken off the website and don't want charged for that as well. You really need to give some phone number that a person can talk to you. I was satisfied with the calendar before it too money from my account without even an email reminder or noticed of intent. that is poor business.

Unfortunately, that's the same transaction # you already supplied, and as I mentioned I cannot find it in our logs or in our Paypal reoprts. It doesn't even follow the normal formation for a Paypal transaction id.

As noted, the only transaction I can find for member name "lmvfm46815" is 3/7/17

I finally found a record based on your last name, and Paypal will still allow a refund to be processed.
