We have two accounts, but with one account only we've run into a very frustrating problem on multiple occasions. We will spend a lot of time putting in our events and information into the calendar, save the events, review them to make sure they are correct, and then sign in the next day to find that those events have disappeared. Most of the time we believe these are events without any recurrence rules. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but we now know it definitely is not. We cannot tell if we are losing everything from a single session of work, or only some of the events added during the session. We're looking for a quick and efficient fix to this issue at is makes the program unusable in its current state. Thanks. |

We've not seen this reported from any other users.. perhaps it's related to the event itself that you are creating? If this is reproducible, can you please give us the details for one of the events? Also, are the events there for a time after you save them, only to "disappear" some time later? That would be extremely unusual, since once you see an event on your calendar, it's in saved in the localendar database If you are not comfortable posting event details here, please feel free to open a support ticket using the Contact Us link in the page's footer. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

It is very bizarre! What happens is we create the event, save it, and then look at the calendar the event appears with all correct information. I'll close my browser and all is well. Then, when my coworker a day or a few days later goes to the calendar to proof the events, they're gone. We can't find a pattern to which events disappear, other than they are one-time events, not those with recurrences. I will have to talk with my coworker about further details, as she is typically the one that notices the disappeared events. I'll see if she is aware of anything else. Until then, this is what I know. Thanks! |

Can you also make sure the events are marked as Public and not Private (even if they are Private, you would still see them on your private calendar once you sign in) Depending on how you published your calendar, there are also 2 settings which can "hide" events. These are: 1: Hide events that occur in the previous/next month when applicable 2: Hide all events that have already occurred I would need a link to the page where you have published your calendar to see if either of these options have been used. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Thanks for the ideas. We have considered the public/private option for the events, but they also don't show up in our private calendar when we log in. The link to the calendar that has been giving us trouble is here . Thank you so much for your attention to this issue. We feel silly, but just cannot figure out what's going on! |

Hmm. that looks completely normal to me. But of course, I can't tell you if any events are missing b/c I only know what I see when I hit it today. If you can tell me the title or date of an event that doesn't display the next time it happens, that would be hugely helpful in trying to investigate further. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Okay - we're going to keep working with both accounts and keep a very, very close eye on everything. If/when it happens again we'll update this thread right away with details. Thank you so much! |
