Heh.. well, this part is not encouraging:

it has not been updated for years.

I don't want to force you out of your comfort zone (or wind up with you paying $$ for a new program); but if you did want to consider other options, I can make a few suggestions. I'm not familiar with WebEasy, but I imagine it must be like the old Microsoft FrontPage app and try to keep you from working with a lot of the HTML directly.
