We have a Cobranding Ultra subscription. Ads started showing up on Friday. Please disable those ads right away as this is not desirable content for our customers. Thanks. |

It appears that subscription expired on 2/20/18. Stripe tried 4 times to charge your associated card on 1/18,1/21, 1/26, and 2/2 If you wish to retain premium service, please update your payment information on our subscription page. It's possible that Stripe won't retry billing since they tried 4 times already, so you might also just cancel your existing subscription and sign up again. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I paid via PayPal on 1/18 (baseballfan@comcast.net). I have a confirmation email from PayPal that I can supply. Please reinstate our account ASAP. |

I have had multiple customers bring up the ads. Please correct this problem today. Thanks. |

We had the same problem. It looks like if you pay using Paypal the money goes into a black hole somewhere but if you pay with Stripe it seems to work OK. As well as requesting for help on the forums you can also try the contact us button at the bottom (only for help with logging in and subscriptions) - they may be able to help while they are looking for the money in the Paypal black hole. |

I actually went the Contact Us route first. Didn't help. I opened a case with PayPal. |

My Stripe credit card payment seems to have now gone through overnight and premium subscription is now good to March 2019. I seem to have two Stripe receipts so I don't know whether it has gone through once or twice. Will have to check my card statement. So I need to get a refund of the two Paypal payments I made to Localendar on March 10. When the 1st Paypal payment didn't activate the premium subscription, I foolishly made a second payment. How long does it take to get the money back from Paypal if you raise a claim? What did they say? |

If you haven't raised a claim yet, we can refund the payment instantly. Once a claim is opened, they freeze the transaction and it goes through a review process (I forget the exact duration). See my response to your support ticket regarding what happened with your Stripe payment. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I've now received an email about a refund of the duplicate Stripe payment. There are also 2 Paypal payments on 10 March. I've emailed the Subscription ID's to Matt so hopefully he can refund these. |

Marc, I need to get this issue cleared up immediately. I have raised an issue through PayPal (case PP-006-733-778-057), so you should have received an email through that channel. I have sent two different emails on the Contact Us page, and I have posted here. I have a valid PayPal purchase receipt (transaction 9W110244DK036911B) from January 18 to pay for one year's subscription. I don't understand why this is a problem, and I am getting significant pressure from my management to resolve this. Please help. Thanks. |
