We use the $50 per year webmaster calendar as the premium features are really important to us. However, I noticed today that they had all disappeared and we were back to the free calendar.

I realised that our subscription must have expired so I immediately renewed but the subscription hasn't re-activated yet. How long does it take to re-activate? Why don't people get warning emails when their subscription is coming up to renewal? I had thought it was set up to renew automatically.

I have now raised a ticket on this to try to get our subscription reactivated ASAP but I don't know how long this will take.

Is it possible to pay for subscriptions more than a year in advance to avoid this happening again? It is really important for the premium features to keep working without interuption.

I renewed a second time just in case the first payment hadn't gone through although I was sent the paypal receipt. Even after the second payment the premium account still hasn't activated.

Please could you activate it ASAP as the premium features are essential for us. We have now paid two lots of $50, so please could you either refund one of the payments or just extend our subscription out to 2 years.

But the priority is to get the premium features working again ASAP.

We've still had no response to the ticket we raised on this on Saturday although it seemed to submit successfully: "The form was submitted successfully. Ticket #18599 has been created for your issue."

Sorry to chase again but this is really important to us. We've paid twice for the webmaster subscription but it still hasn't activated.

The adverts make a terrible impression to visitors to our website, people can't see the custom icons for our different events and our members aren't able to use the other premium features which are vital to our operation.

In response to Matt's email yesterday (Sunday) there were two Paypal payments on 10th March. These were: Subscription number S-7K110945A5958941 and Subscription number S-4HM62941V17295643. These need to be refunded as the payment was subsequently made with stripe.

My original ticket was with Jason Case #18599.

Let me know when these have been refunded.

Found them both. The first subscription ID you provided actually was "S-7K110945A5958941X" (you missed the 'X' at the end sad ) so it took a bit longer to track down.

Both of these have been refunded.

I can see one of them has been refunded but not yet the other one

Still no sign of any refund for paypal payment S-7K110945A5958941X made on 10th March. Since this subscription was subsequently paid by Stripe, this Paypal payment needs to be refunded.

I note you say you have refunded it but this has still not been received. I will leave it for a couple more days but if I can't get this refunded from you directly I will have to file a claim through Paypal.
