Through gentle hands and unwavering patience, Terry transforms her home into a sanctuary where each tiny bird becomes a story—one of resilience, curiosity, and the wild hope of flight. The film lingers in the small details: the hum of wings, the trembling perch of a recovering fledgling, the delicate trust built between healer and creature. Intimate and uplifting, it reveals how even the smallest lives can illuminate immense truths about compassion, care, and the invisible miracles happening all around us.

The Documentary Film Series at the Round Valley Branch Library runs from fall through spring. Films usually show the second Friday of the month, at 7 p.m., in the Community Room at the Library Commons.

Our ongoing series features award‑winning films that explore sustainability, social justice, environmental challenges, and stories of hope and resilience from around the world.

Our goal is to spark dialogue, deepen understanding, and build a more informed, connected community.

From time to time, we also mix in lighter, fun documentaries to keep things fresh and engaging for all audiences.
