This practice caters for learners who want to practice:

  • Covering to a method
  • Plain hunting (on both 1 and 2 in plain courses)
  • Plain courses of the method
  • Touches of the method.

Striking and Listening @ Oxted (7 pm - 8:30 pm)

This is the most differentiated practice with 3 teachers/helpers and a maximum 6 students.    We cover ringing techniques and listening by using IT to set Targets such as leading, covering, plain hunting and recently touches of Plain Bob Doubles – the important thing is that the students can set their own Targets.   At the moment this is full but if you are interested or, more importantly, know another ringer who might improve in this environment then email District Master Paul Beeken to be put on the reserve list: sdmaster:surreybellringers.co.uk
