‘History of Route 66’ @ Dominy Library

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66 with Dominy Memorial Library! John Wille, Curator for the Route 66 Museum and Hall of Fame in Pontiac, will present the "History of Route 66" on Tuesday, March 10th at 6pm in the White Community Room.

No registration is required—enjoy light refreshments and receive a Route 66 gift bag courtesy of Pontiac Tourism while supplies last.

History Program on Early Fairburian John Virgin

Fairbury historian and president of Fairbury Echoes Museum will present a program on the very interesting life of John Virgin who played an important role on the Fairbury Union Agricultural Board which developed into what we now call the Fairbury Fair. Help kick off the 150th anniversary of the Fair by learning more about this very interesting Fairburian. Refreshments following the program.
