The Wandering Tulipps are doing an album release show in Metamora, at the Opry Barn on Sunday Nov 3rd.

There will be a Songwriters Circle from 3 to 5 in the afternoon for songwriters to share their work with each other.

The doors will open for the show at 6 pm, music will begin at 6:30

Anyone donating at least $5 will receive a copy of the album CD

Food will be available from Jonna, including sugar cream pie we hear.

Join us for a night full of original music! Girls Night In features all female singer/songwriters, but everyone is welcome to attend!  Admission is FREE! We will take a love offering for the artists to help defray travel expenses.

On SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY you can have unlimited soup for FREE - and the opportunity to purchase a handmade bowl or mug by local potter Shari Sherrard with Dragonfly Pottery! 100% of the proceeds from the purchase of pottery benefit the outreach programs of Ways of Grace Church!

Bring your unfinished craft projects or materials to get started and come craft with us!  Painting, card making, drawing, scrapbooking, knitting and crocheting...we'll have beverages and snacks available! Kids are invited to come and make ornaments and home made gifts that you can give to your loved ones for Christmas - all supplies will be provided!

Join us in the annual celebration of the start of the Holiday Season.  The tree lighting event will take place at the Gazebo at 6:00.  Gather around the fire barrels as you listen to live holiday music, sing-alongs, enjoy the Christmas Story and warm up with free hot chocolate, coffee, and cookies and at the right moment we will light up the tree.

Shop opening hours vary anywhere from 10 a.m. up to 4 p.m. Mill hours Noon to 9:00 p.m. Combine history, a Currier and Ives scene and the pageantry of Christmas and you have the Metamora Christmas Walk.  Lanterns line the canal and lights and decorations are a plenty throughout the entire village.  Shop in the many unique shops. Warm up with the many fire barrels located around town.  Metamora is part of a Christmas tradition that residents and visitors alike look forward to year after year. Metamora Christmas Walk always begins the day after Thanksgiving.   Sponsored by the Merchants Association of Metamora.
