Local history in Indiana's Canal Town noon to 3 Local groups will be set up at the Metamora Grist Mill: Franklin County Historical Society Franklin County Public Library Whitewater Canal Trail Indiana Landmarks Indiana Landmarks and Historic Metamora will offer an architectural tour of the Mount Holland town plat of 1838, beginning at 2:45 (after the state historic site tour from 2 to 2:30) Starting point will be on Lover's Lane near Lane's End Farm. |

| 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm Grand Opening of Metamora's Columbia Street Music District
Fasten your seatbelts and make your way to Metamora Indiana for the Grand Opening of Metamora's Columbia Street Music District (Franklin County's Beale Street)! The festivities start at 4:30 with The Chuck Brisbin Trio featuring Cat Campbell on the Main Stage as well as music on three other stages by Matthew Lamping, Twin Sons, and The Bently Branstetter Project. Then top off the evening with Franklin County's own Eddie Heinzelman on the Main Stage from 7-9. It will be a day of music you won't soon forget. Add in great food, beer and shopping, and it will be an event you won't want to miss! Your $10 wrist band gets you into all four stages!! Wrist bands will be sold at the gate. This event brought to you by Leroy Ellington Productions, and Third Place. |
