    Sunday Apr 5
    11 am - 12:15 pm

During this time when public gatherings are limited due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have urgently and diligently sought ways to give New Faith members a way to stay active with church services still being produced with modern technology.  Zoom is a 'video conferencing' application that New Faith began utilizing on Palm Sunday, 2020, to 'live stream' the service to members who wanted to access it on their desktops, laptops, or smart devices.  If you need the link to join the service, please contact Darrell Schultz at shared@darrellschultz.com.

Cheerful Giving of Tithes and Offerings

    Sunday Apr 5
    11:10 am - 11:15 am

The Bible says we are to be 'cheerful givers' of that which God has bestowed upon us.  Our first priority, in stewardship, should be to give back to God.  Churches have to pay electricity bills, structural repairs, replacing those old baptisteries and stoves in the kitchens, janitorial help, lawn crews, support missions, fix parking lots, pay postage, and, yes, salaries for staff, etc.  Especially if you are unable to put your gifts in an offering plate, consider going to our church website at https://www.newfaithbaptistchurch.net/ and clicking on the 'donate' button to electronically send your gift.  God has blessed you and may He continue to do so.

Easter Egg Hunt During Sunday School

    Sunday Apr 12
    10 am - 10:45 am

Easter is just around the corner and we are preparing already! How can you help? First, I want to ask that you come along side us in prayer. Pray that the Lord would allow us to reach families for Christ. Pray that He would place people in your path daily that need Him. Pray that He would prepare the hearts of those that will be visiting to hear His word and the good news of the Gospel!

Second, we are going to have an egg hunt during the Sunday School hour 10 AM on April 12, Easter morning. This is a great opportunity to invite your neighbors, coworkers, friends and family to come and experience what is happening at New Faith! We need plastic eggs and non-melting candy please! There will be a donation box at the back of the sanctuary for both. There will be more information coming soon!

    BBL (Beyond the Bottom Line)

    Friday May 1
    12 pm - 4 pm

    www.newfaithbbl.com

Darrell Schultz and Thad Brown have developed New Faith BBL (Beyond the Bottom Line) to help men grow in their Christianity.

The main purpose of BBL is to facilitate bringing Christ into men’s families, their business or job, and their lives.

BBL will help in the following ways:

    study God’s word

share how each is using their gifts and how they propose to evangelize and disciple others

    share their testimony

share how they plan on bringing Christ into their family, their business or job, and their life

disciple younger believers through the input of older believers

allow for the evangelism of outside church visitors

A formal agenda will be developed which will include sharing, bible study and member participation in bible studies and sharing

This is not a para-church entity, rather it is a men’s group from New Faith Baptist Church, however, non-members and members of other churches are welcome to participate.

It will, hopefully, be fully self-supporting.

Some of the rationales for developing this format is as follows:

    • it will allow them time to forge bonds between men
    • it will allow participants to invite others to attend (hopefully as a halfway point to attending the church)
    • it would allow the invitation of outside speakers
    • it would provide a consistent monthly meeting that would allow the greatest number of men to attend since it would be equivalent to taking off early one Friday a month.
    • it would also provide a venue for golf outings on occasion which could occur in the morning before the meeting

Some twenty years ago, I was involved in a similar group which was called BBL. They’ve since changed their name and moved into other directions. The group was extremely successful and limited membership to business owners and C level executives (CEO, COO, CFO). New Faith BBL has democratized this concept to allow all men to participate. BBL should appeal to any man who wants to meet with other men and discuss how to incorporate Christ into their lives – their jobs, their businesses, and their marriages. It will include a combination of older Christians who can share their wisdom with younger Christians who are looking to be discipled and to grow. It would also serve as a great opportunity for those who want to invite associates or neighbors to experience Christian men

It has effectively an accountability function as well as edification of believers and even evangelism.

We hope that you’ll join us and enjoy participating in New Faith BBL.

ZOOM 'Live Streaming' of Church Service

    Sunday May 3
    11 am - 12:15 pm

During this time when public gatherings are limited due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have urgently and diligently sought ways to give New Faith members a way to stay active with church services still being produced with modern technology.  Zoom is a 'video conferencing' application that New Faith began utilizing on Palm Sunday, 2020, to 'live stream' the service to members who wanted to access it on their desktops, laptops, or smart devices.  If you need the link to join the service, please contact Darrell Schultz at shared@darrellschultz.com.

Cheerful Giving of Tithes and Offerings

    Sunday May 3
    11:10 am - 11:15 am
