Class Policies - Should a session be postponed due to weather, instructor illness or extenuating circumstances, all class deposits will be applied to the same class at a later date or a future course of choice - please ensure we have your contact info! - If you cannot attend, please give notice the day before a class so those on the waiting list can be notified of an available space - Most classes have a minimum number of required students (booked by the studio) and a maximum that can be accommodated comfortably. If class numbers are too low, you may be contacted to book again - No-shows without prior arrangements will forfeit their deposit. After 3 such incidents, one may no longer book classes as it has prevented others from getting the opportunity to sign up - booking reserves seats that no others can take!
