Yoga of Sound workshop, Potluck and Kirtan with Gurunam Singh

Join us in our distinct pleasure of welcoming Gurunam Singh to our vibrant community at Yoga Farm! Come chant your heart out as we fill the farm with our voices and love, and raise the vibration of the earth.

This TWO PART event includes a workshop with Gurunam Singh, a dinner break as a community, and then a concert. Attend one or both options.

Using Naad Yoga, The Yoga of Sound from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, and live music with Gurunam Singh, we will explore techniques to bring the mind and body into a state of calm and balance.

Workshop: 3-5:00pm

Dinner in Pavilion: 5:30 - 6:30pm

Kirtan / Concert / Bonfire: 6:30-9:00pm

Suggestion contribution:

Workshop: $20 - minimum suggested donation

Concert $20 - minimum suggested donation

Workshop + Concert + Dinner = $35 minimum suggested donation
