    How to avoid costly mistakes
    Strategies for making college more affordable.

    Lucia Tyler Ph.D. has been a lab manager, college instructor and also worked in admissions. She is a Certified Educational Planner; a title that she needs to refresh periodically. At one time she was an anxious mom of college bound students.She is co-author of the book "The Ultimate Guide to College Transfer-From Surviving to Thriving" (2017).

    Retro crafts like punch needle and latchhook are seeing a surge in popularity. Punch needle is a form of rug hooking using a punch needle and yarn. In the basic punch needle workshop, you will make a small wall hanging using an embroidery hoop and the punch needle technique. The project is simple and small enough to complete during the class.
