Legion members as well as members of the public are welcome to attend the February 5 meeting of The American Legion Post 227. The meeting will feature the Four Chaplains Ceremony, commemorating the heroic actions of four chaplains aboard the USAT Dorchester as it was sinking in the Atlantic Ocean in 1943 after being torpedoed by a German U-Boat.
