Premium Paid 2/22 Still Not Working
Hi,

I paid for a premium subscription on February 22nd and have not yet been able to access premium features for the sign on ID washms. I contacted tech support through the website but have not receive a response. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you. I tried to use the calendar export feature and I got this message.

Wyncs - Web Sync plug-in failed to install.
Syncable links will not function properly!
To attempt to reinstall the Wyncs plug-in follow these steps...
Reload this page,
wait for the "Security Warning" dialog,
and click "Yes" to install the plug-in.

I don't see a "Security Warning" dialog when I reload the page. What should I do?

Can I ask what browser you are using (and the version)? As well as what operating system (Mac OSX, Windows XP, Vista, etc)?

Also, you may need to add localendar to your list of trusted sites if you are using Internet Explorer with "high" security settings.
