Adverts on Calendar
Hello!

I've upgraded my account to Premium in the last couple of days and I still have adverts appearing in my calendar when I access it from my website.

Can you tell me how/when these adverts will be taken off my calendar, please?

I can't see any record of a payment from Paypal for this calendar (actionawe)

Do you have a receipt # or transaction id # from Paypal?

In the meantime, I've turned ads off for 30 days while we investigate your issue.

I see what happened - you changed your name from aweaction to actionawe and broke the link to Paypal before the subscription was activated. I did 2 things:

1) Cancelled your current subscription. That just means it won't auto-renew next year, which is necessary because otherwise you will have this problem again.

2) Manually activated your subscription for this year.

Next year, when your subscription is near expiration, you should just sign up again through Paypal and you'll be all set going forward.
