Unsubscribe immediately. Localendar's unethical practices and communication failure.
Localendar does not provide any means of unsubscribing on its website. The last message/reply in a forum on the question was from 2009. Localendar's response was that the subscriber would need to file a dispute with Paypal.

Several messages sent to Localendar regarding this issue have not yet received a response. Localendar charged its annual fee to my Paypal account one month before the subscription renewal was due.

I want to terminate my Localendar account immediately and have the fee returned to my Paypal account without further delay.

Being unable to easily unsubscribe from Localendar via it's website seems unethical and a very poor business practice. Unsubscribe my account immediately and return the fee charged to me one month in advance of the subscription's renewal date.

Actually, there have been Unsubscribe directions in our docs for quite some time:

The reason you were charged a month before is because all members receive a free 1-month trial of premium services. If you subscribe at the start of that trial, we add your free month to the end. So it might appear you are getting renewed early; in fact we are making sure people get their full subscription plus their free 30 days.

If you have used the Contact Us form, you will get a response (I haven't seen any come through however). In any event, I'll cancel/refund your account per your request.
