Premium Service and Still have Ads We sent payment to have premium personal service back in September and our page still hasn't been updated. Ads are still on the calendar and also we do not have the capability to upload images like we should. I have submitted a ticket. Please can someone find out what is going on that we don't have the service we should have. |

We receive a lot of checks where members dont include their member names, and we can't activate the subscriptions until we find out who they are. Re: Premium Service and Still have Ads As I said in the first post we have premium personal service. The first level of subscription status. The check would have came from Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania. We have a few localendar subscriptions for our organization, but you should have received the check for our subscription for the GSHPAWestRegion calendar in september around the 18. The check number was 7779. We should not have ads and we should have the capability to upload. Which I still not have. Our service should be extended for four months extra since this still hasn't been taken care of. Is there a phone number to call or a person that we can call to talk to. |

Re: Premium Service and Still have Ads Hi GSHPAWestRegion, Yes, the issue is that we were not able to activate the subscription because the member name wasn't included with the check. I've activated your subscription now that you have provided the details.
