Premium service has not been restored
Submitted check to renew premium service. Embarrassing ads are appearing we need our premium service restore as soon as possible.

Hi BHJazzCalendarOFF,

Can you provide the service level, and the name on the check?
We receive a lot of checks where members dont include their member names, and we can't activate the subscriptions until we find out who they are.

In the meantime, I've extended your existing subscription to Feb 5.

Marc, I received a reply from Matt on Jan. 17 that this issue was corrected. And it was indeed corrected when I checked. The ads were removed. But today Feb. 8. I just noticed that there are 2 ads appearing below our calendar.

I also see that the check to renew the premium services cleared in my account on January 22, 2013

You did send me the information I needed to tie the check we received to your account, but I neglected to manually update your subscription. I've corrected that mistake and activated your subscription as of today.
