Account Resubscription
Hello,

I have recently received notification from PayPal that our annual subscription to localendar for premium had failed.

However I have checked both our Paypal Account and past emailed correspondence and it seems that we paid for this resubscription earlier in the year, something that is supported by our calendar showing that subscription is not due to expire until September 2014.

I am just hoping for confirmation that our account is paid up and to remain active for another year, obviously if there is some problem I would like to address it rather than just find our calendar go offline suddenly through some sort of payment mix-up.

I believe you opened a ticket on this. If you have not seen the email response; your subscription is active through 10/8/2014.

In the event there is an issue with Paypal, your account would not go offline; you would just lose access to the Premium features for your subscription.
