My calendar is gone! I need help please! It no longer displays
I have an icon on my business website and it stopped working. When my customers click on it it doesnt take them to my calendar. It is just blank. I can access my calendar to make edits etc. and I see it fine but my customers dont and it is causing a huge problem for us. Can you please fix this ? My business website is : www.thecookingacademy.com The calendar icon is on the home page and on the "classes" tab.

Re: My calendar is gone! I need help please! It no longer displays
I administer 2 calendars and neither one will render on the website, although the data is all there and I can see and edit entries when logged in as the administrator. We are into a couple of days now of being down - hoping someone will fill us in on what's happening. Am assuming that all hands are on deck trying to locate the issue and resolve it.

Thank you guys for suggesting the iframe option. My husband was able to do a temporary fix doing iframe in html code box. It's a watered down version but at least my customers can access the calendar again and we can conduct business. I think it's sad that we all have to help each other with ideas instead of getting some communication and feedback from the people who run this site.

Nor did the iframe option work for me.

Re: My calendar is gone! I need help please! It no longer displays
Okay - the iframe thing did work for me. I just needed to change the include=N

Here is my original code:
<SCRIPT src="http://www.localendar.com/public/modocevents?include=Y&dynamic=Y&style=M0"></SCRIPT>

Here is the new code:
<iframe src="http://www.localendar.com/public/modocevents?include=N&dynamic=Y&style=M0" width="850" height="1000"></iframe>

Be sure to change the include=N. You can adjust the height and width to meet your needs. There will be a frame around the calendar, but at least it will work until they fix the site. smile

Re: My calendar is gone! I need help please! It no longer displays
All calendars should be operational now.
The outage effected calendars with at least 3 custom categories or at least 3 merged calendars *and* calendars that used a dynamic include style (obviously a very special case but it still affects a percentage of our members)

The issue was caused by 2 enhancements related to
1) allowing visitors to select/de-select all categories at once
2) allowing the category and/or merged calendar selection to be saved, even when the user switches to a different month

To restore uptime, we have rolled out a fix even though the functionality described above it still incomplete for dynamically included calendars or calendars with a custom transition style.
