Calendar Sharing/Security Is there a way to block view access to previous months on the calendar so my employees can't review them? I would prefer that they be only able to view the current and future months on the calendar as some sensitive client information may be left out there. Of course, I would want to be able to have full access to all months---past and future. |

Re: Calendar Sharing/Security I believe we have a feature to hide events that have already occurred, but for the life of me I can't find the docs for it. I even see it mentioned on one of our feature pages, so this is driving me a little crazy. I will find it (or if it was removed, find out why) As for only publishing a certain range of events on the calendar (present and/or future) this is not something we currently have out-of-the-box. I am trying to think of possible hacks though... Perhaps one way is to keep the events as Private until they are ready to be viewed by anyone, and then switch them to Public? When you want to hide them again, switch them back to Private? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
