Transfer subscription to new PayPal account
I have a Personal Premium subscription thru PayPal since 2007 @ $9.95/yr. How do I transfer this subscription to a different PayPal account without being charged at your new rate structure?

Because of your join date, your rates should not change.
Paypal doesn't provide a mechanism for changing payment information on the fly, however.

The best thing to do is let the subscription expire, and then sign up using the alternate account.
