Premium Account purchased, not activated
I have purchased a premium account, and it has not been activated. How do I get help with this? I paid for it yesterday, and no one will answer my emails

I can't find any record from Paypal for this member name (or the associated email)

Is this the account you purchased the subscription for? Did you receive any confirmation email receipt from Paypal?
