Trial period has ended? I am seeing notifications that say my trial period has ended. I have been using the calendar for over a year now and was never aware that it was a trial. I was under the impression that I could use it as long I wanted if there were ads. I'm a retired web designer and volunteer to maintain this site for our HOA. |

Re: Trial period has ended? Where are you seeing notifications? Once your trial (or subscription) expires, there will be a small note on the left menu that says "Subscribe now" - but we don't display any other notifications or nags. What you wrote is correct: you are free to use the ad-supported calendar for as long as you want. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Trial period has ended? I am having the exact same issue and no response from support. When I am in the Weebly edit screen, my calendar displays the message "The free trial period for this calendar has ended. Please purchase a subscription at localendar.com to reactivate this calendar." When I click on the link, I am taken to a page where I can subscribe to the premium level, but there is no option to reactivate, or continue with an ad-supported version of the calendar. |

Re: Trial period has ended? Ah - you didn't mention Weebly in your other thread. Weebly does not allow third-party apps to use ads to provide a free service. So if you wish to use the localendar with weebly you will either need to sign up for a subscription, or you will need to delete the localendar widget you are using, and use the Publish Wizard to generate the HTML for a responsive iFrame, and then paste that to your weebly site. https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/201740213-Create-Widgets-Embed-Code-and-Add-External-Content ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
