sad   cannot not figure out how to contact you to pay for yearly subscription
Posted payment for yearly subscription with PayPal. The have advised that you have rejected credit card payment. I have searched for a way to contact you by phone etc. to make payment using another card or method. I can find no phone number. Very frustrating. Need a call back or an e-mail response asap.

There is a "Contact Us" link on the bottom of every page :)
I see you found it and opened a ticket already. We have responded and received an automatic-response from your account.
