Multiple Calendar Question Greetings! I was wondering if I could buy a bulk Premium Webmaster service. The reason I'm asking is because I have 9 accounts that I would have to log into each account and buy it the Premium Webmaster. Thanks Eric |

Re: Multiple Calendar Question It would make sense to set up an account for free cobranding, then purchase the $149 cobranding upgrade package. That will give every account you create under your cobranded account the features of the 49.95 package. Have a look at our docs and let me know if you have further questions. http://localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Cobranding ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Multiple Calendar Question Hi! I have a few question before going forward. The first question I have is about the add event form; would I be able to add an agreement field to it? Also on the backend where things are approved is there a way that I can have a list/drop down list? The only reason I'm asking is due to how many there are. thanks Eric |

Re: Multiple Calendar Question Hmm.. We don't have custom fields for the Add Event form. I am assuming this is something you want for when users submit events to you? Can I ask [roughly] what you would be asking them to agree to? On the Event Approval screen, there is a list, and you can approve/reject in bulk. I checked our wiki and we didnt't appear to have a sample image of that screen. So here you go: https://localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Visitor-Submitted+Events It works just like an email inbox for processing events that people submit. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Multiple Calendar Question What this is for is for a Veterans Center that has 8 rooms for events. Im having people agree to no put holes in the walls, break chairs that kinda stuff. Im using 9 calendars as shown here http://www.betatestpage.com/vet-center/events.html for each room. |

Re: Multiple Calendar Question I like the way the footer is in the foreground. As I mentioned, we currently don't have a way to add custom fields. Since the submitter is prompted for their email address, you could reach out to them afterwards for approval (their email is shown on the management screen I wrote about in my previous post) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
