Why isn't Subject found?
I'm getting an error that says Subject not found in header

Here is a snippet of my header and the first event:

What do you think the issue is? Isn't subject == SUMMARY?

I think I responded to this elsewhere (maybe via a support ticket) saying you should be able to u/l your ics now. Are you still having issues?
