I hate to have to do billing issues through the forum but I have not gotten a reply and also got a service cancellation notice from PayPal this weekend Nov. 4th. Header of email below...

< I saw in the forum that the support email noted in the PayPal contact info was not monitored. So, I emailed last a previous tech support contact reply email in the Oct 27 to let you know a check was mailed for our renewal payment. I requested that they notify the correct person. I never got a reply to the email and am not sure it reached the billing dept.

There was some confusion with Paypal last year with duplicate payments and I thought a check payment might solve that. You should have already received the payment by now and our renewal paid and current. You do not have phone number to contact listed in Paypal to make sure this taken care of. I received a cancellation notice from Paypal today. I want to continue service and do not want the calendar service erased.

Please follow up with me on this matter. Below is my contact info.

I show the subscription for CabellFRNNetwork is active through 11/2/2018. Are you still having issues?
