I've tried paying via PayPal and have nothing but problems with them. They said our credit card on file was invalid, when it is not, so they did not renew the subscription. I called them and they were not at all helpful.

Would prefer to talk with someone at localendar but you don't list any phone numbers.

We certainly don't want our account suspended but it'll take time to get a check to you. Can I pay with a credit card somehow other than thru Pay Pal?

How do I know if the account is still active?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with Paypal.

You can always pay by check or MO; info in on our subscription page. When you are signed in, if you do not have a subscription, there will be a Subscribe Now link on the left menu that will take you to this page.

Otherwise, the expiration date of an active subscription will be down under the "Premium Services" label on the left menu.

We won't disable/suspend an account if there is no active subscription, however you would lose access to premium services, and the calendar may resume displaying ads.
