Please turn off the ads on my Premium Account
On Feb. 25, I noticed that my OPwebmaster Premium account was showing advertisements on: http://www.ottawapark.org/calendar-ottawa-park-toledo.html.

I found the problem, and sent an Email to your 'Contact Us' on the footer, bottom right of: https://localendar.com/lcf/lcforums/index.

At 4:55 PM EST, Feb. 25, I received an automated response.

It is now over 50 hours later, and nothing has happened. The advertisements still show on: http://www.ottawapark.org/calendar-ottawa-park-toledo.html.

Would you please read the Email I sent to 'Contact Us', where I explain everything, and turn this account back on?

Thanks,

Harry

Hi Harry,

Ads taken care of. Forgive me if I mention (for the benefit of other readers) that this was b/c your subscription had expired. smile

You will of course point out that you did not get a reminder (which is true, we don't send out reminders) but I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that your subscription expiration date is always shown on the left menu when you're signed in love struck

Marc:
First, thanks so much for your quick action on this issue.

I agree that the problem was my fault, as I said in the 'Contact Us' note. I wasn't sure how much to write about the issue on my Support post. And yes, I know where the expiration date is shown. But I don't look at that location every time I make changes to localendar. And judging from other folks that complain about suddenly having ads on their website, and you gently have to remind them that their subscription has expired, I am not the only one that misses this.

I will try to be better in the future, and I now have a follow up on my daily calendar for January 2020. But sending a reminder Email would still be a nice touch smile

Harry
