Have Paid For Renewal...But Does Not Show... I paid (successfully) for the yearly renewal on 10/6 but every time I log in it still says "subscribe now". I received the auto response directing me here after an initial inquiry. Could you please reset this? |

That means that either PayPal didn't send us the notice correctly, or perhaps you used a different member name? If the former, could you please forward a copy of the paypal receipt to sales@localendar.com? Thanks! Re: Have Paid For Renewal...But Does Not Show... Nope...I have only one account and logged in correctly. I did the "click thru" to pay my yearly renewal which was confirmed on Oct 6 on the PayPal site. I have sent you .pdf copies of the renewal via email. |

Re: Have Paid For Renewal...But Does Not Show... The same thing has happened to me. My subscription was automatic and PayPal shows that the payment was made on Jan. 9. Email to customer support has gone unanswered. |
