Cancel my subscription
I did not authorize another year's subscription to LoCalendar, but was charged anyway. Please remove me immediately, as I've asked in two other emails. Many thanks.

Subscriptions are automatically billed/renewed via PayPal. Please make sure you cancel your subscription from your paypal account.

I've cancelled both subscriptions through Paypal, and have sent along to you the subscription account numbers and names. Is that all you need to process a refund for the two Premium Webmaster account subscriptions?

I have sent two requests on the contact form ..since a few weeks ago to please refund the premium that was automatically renewed through my paypal account...apparently in March of this year.

I haven't been active with this for quite a while, and didn't realize the premium self renewed, or that it had to be cancelled through my paypal account to not do so.

I am a senior citizen on a small fixed income, and it feels like my money was just stolen from the small balance I had sitting in my paypal account. I went to buy my vitamins online with it, and found it was gone! Please, please return it!

There should be some notice to us before just taking our money like that!

Please fix this....

We don't have any record of a request for a cancellation, but we do have a subscription cancellation confirmation from you on May 20, so you should be all set.
