Not Updating
my calendar wont update. I want the Classic Look and its some kind of star background? It says changers made, but there not?

I see you have the Classic theme applied. If the Prefs Editor was telling you your changes were saved, and after refreshing you didnt see any difference, try clearing your browser's cache. Worst case: log out and back in.

The theme changes should be instant, however.
