Activation of Premium Features
I subscribed to Premium Webmaster through Paypal on Sep. 13, 2004. When I go to Options to add Discussion board, Allow Visitors to Add Calendar Events, or "Printable View" button on Public Calendar, it still says This option requires at least the Premium Webmaster subscription. When can I expect these features to be activated?

I subscribed also on 9/21 and it's supposed to be immediate access to premium features. Did yours activate and if so how long did it take. I have an email in to the support contact address.

My premium features still have not been activated, and I have not heard from support, either by email or on discussion forums.

It looks like you didn't close the /quote tag properly in your message, which is causing the format of this thread to look a little screwy.

For your account, I see a message from paypal yesterday (Tues) saying you purchased a Premium Webmaster subscription around 7:20PM. Then, a message from you at 9:20 PM noting the features were not available. Finally, there is a message from PayPal @ 9:50 PM stating you cancelled your subscription. Obviously, the features will not be available after a cancellation. sad

Premium services should usually be auto-activated. You may need to sign out and back in to see this (also make sure your browser isn't caching stale pages). Regrettably, we are not manning the email 24/7, so sometimes the resolution of a problem may not happen until the next day.

I repurchased a subscription and I show on Paypal the payment for the $29.95 premium subscription. I don't have premium features access. I have cleared the history from my computer and still no access. Please help.
