calendar title and footer
The ability to copy and paste several lines of HTML into the Calendar title / footer [it only accepts one line at a time at the moment

The ability to surpress footer / titles independantly of the view selected - ie turn off repeat of title in Monthly listing view

While it does only accept one line, you can still have a multi-line header or footer by using <p> or <br> tags.
