I am testing localcaldar on weebly. Is there a way to resize the calendar in Weebly?

weebly layout is automatically driven by their template. The size of the calendar is automatically set by the container you place it in.

However, you have some control over this by using Spacers (on your tool palette on the left menu in the Weebly editor)

Spacers are an element you can place that will create blank space for you. Here is a sample tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfZPbBDv51M
